The building located on Avenue of the Americas is expected to get a major renovation in it’s lobby and tenant spaces. The goal here is re-branding. A custom reception desk and textured concrete wall panels will lay the aesthetic groundwork for the spaces upstairs. The tenant space is also industrial with a sophisticated touch. The highlight of the space is the pantry, with ribbed-glass upper cabinets, wood veneer backsplash, and metal lower cabinets. Pops of color in the telephone rooms and wall murals give the space new life.
