This accounting firm was looking to foster bold change for its office relocation to One Liberty Plaza. The concept here is creative advancement. The firm’s executives wanted to evolve from their existing, outdated, over-sized offices and cubicles. The goal was to design a floor plan that would allow employees to seamlessly transition. A large boardroom near reception sets the stage for flexibility with Modernfold walls and a bespoke patterned vinyl floor. All offices become the same size to create a non-hierarchical environment. Integration of dynamic amenity spaces provides employees with supplemental work space. The pantry area becomes the focal point for community and office culture. This space is meant to invite creativity and curiosity.
