This building‘s landlord strives to push the envelope of new design for each of their properties. As a leader in commercial development, they cultivate new experiences for corporate tenants. For this turn-key space, the concept is unique vibrancy seen with industrial finishes and custom wall murals. A cohesive design was established for the entirety of the building while highlighting and preserving each floor’s individual character. The aesthetic of the space was further elevated with furniture staging.
