This building lobby is located in New York City’s Midtown district. With proximity to Bryant Park, this amenity center is meant to create a lounge for all businesses that lease space in the building. The idea was a clean, and modern design with breakout space for impromptu meetings and phone calls. The space contains a cold brew and kombucha bar, a billiard area, and stadium modular furniture. MKDA and this space was an honoree at the 2018 NYCxDesign Awards in the Commercial Lobby/Amenity Space Category.
