The Blanchard Building is a historic warehouse located in Long Island City. This up-and-coming area is home to many start-up and tech companies. The design of the pre-built marketing suite accommodates the lower budget tenants in search of industrial spaces that will attract and retain younger talent. The finishes are raw, industrial, and minimal. The third floor is divided into two suites with connecting restrooms. The floor plan is designed to be flexible and adaptive to high-density. Custom wallcoverings and wood detailing create focal points throughout the two suites.
