Industry City, previously know as Bush Terminal, was a distribution and manufacturing warehouse transformed into a modern office ecosystem. Over 35 acres lend themselves to a new way of working in Sunset Park. This project was meant to highlight the potential the building’s massive floor plates have to offer. Located on the second floor of building 19, the marketing floor shows finishes used in the pre-built design. The concept is simple and industrial - keeping with the theme of Industry City. Lighting and furniture is sourced from companies already working in the building. Staging and visual branding create a path that leads future tenants through the space revealing the Statue of Liberty and the New York City skyline in the distance.
