Located at The Point, this building is part of the new development plan for Long Island City. The goal is to envision a design which will showcase the existing raw space. General custom lighting is integrated into the beams, highlighting the character of the space. The existing brick walls will be painted black and the concrete floors will be polished and sealed. The elevator walls will be covered with a patterned-felt wallcovering and a large dome-style pendant will ground the reception. The majority of the floor plan is open-concept, allowing the future tenant to add offices and meeting rooms as needed. The uniquely shaped building will create the perfect home for a start-up company looking for a true industrial-loft aesthetic.
