The 28th floor at 5 Bryant Park was designed as a marketing suite to showcase the building’s character to future tenants and prospective buyers. Located minutes from Bryant Park, the design aesthetic is sophisticated and effortless, with a touch of industrial. With the same landlord as 114 W 41, the intent was to create a unique experience developed to align with existing branding. In order to showcase scale, furniture is staged throughout the suite in vignettes.
